By using SEO Pine you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

The Service

SEO Pine provides automated SEO and AI Engine Optimization analysis of publicly accessible web pages. Reports are informational and provided on an “as-is” basis.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Submit domains you are not authorized to analyze for malicious purposes.
  • Attempt to circumvent rate limits or generation locks.
  • Use the service to attack, overload, or probe third-party infrastructure.
  • Resell or rebrand reports as your own automated product without permission.

Pro Subscriptions and Billing

Pro is a paid subscription billed in US dollars (USD), monthly or yearly, through our merchant of record, Dodo Payments. By subscribing you authorize recurring charges at the interval you select until you cancel.

  • Subscriptions renew automatically. You can cancel anytime from your account, and you keep Pro until the end of the current period.
  • We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on your first charge. Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
  • Prices may change; we will give notice before a change affects your renewal.
  • You are responsible for any taxes that apply in your jurisdiction unless we are required to collect them.
  • If a payment cannot be collected after retries, Pro access ends and your account returns to the Free plan.
  • Please contact us before filing a chargeback. Disputes may result in suspension of the account while reviewed.

No Warranty

Scores and recommendations are algorithmic estimates and may contain inaccuracies. We make no guarantee that following our recommendations will improve search rankings. SEO outcomes depend on many factors outside our control.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SEO Pine is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Rate Limits

To keep the service free and fast for everyone, generation, fetching, and lead submission are rate-limited per user. Viewing existing reports is unlimited.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
