SEO Pine uses minimal browser storage and a privacy-conscious product analytics tool (Mixpanel) to understand how the product is used. We do not use advertising cookies.

What We Store

• Theme preference, a small local value remembering whether you chose light or dark mode.
• Pending report data. When you submit the audit form, your name, email, and target URL are temporarily stored in sessionStorage so the report page can start generation. This is cleared as soon as generation begins and never leaves your browser except via the secured report API.
• Analytics storage. Mixpanel keeps a pseudonymous identifier and recent product events in localStorage so we can measure feature usage. If you are signed in, this is linked to your account id. It is not used for advertising.

What We Do Not Use

• No advertising cookies.
• No cross-site tracking pixels.
• No ad networks or fingerprinting.

Managing Storage

You can clear local and session storage at any time through your browser settings. Doing so only resets your theme preference and any in-progress report submission.
