Privacy Policy

SEO Pine (“we”, “us”) is built privacy-first. We collect the minimum information needed to deliver your report and never sell your data.

Information We Collect

When you request a report, we collect:

• Name and email address, submitted via the audit form.
• Domain, the website you ask us to analyze.

We do not create accounts, set tracking cookies for advertising, or store your IP address in plain text. For rate limiting and abuse prevention, IP addresses are irreversibly hashed (SHA-256) before storage and are never linked to your lead record.

How We Use It

• To generate and deliver your SEO/AEO report.
• To occasionally contact you about your report or product updates.
• To enforce fair-use rate limits and prevent abuse.

Report Data

Reports are generated by analyzing the publicly accessible HTML of the domain you submit. Each report is stored at a permanent URL (e.g. /report/example-com) and is publicly viewable by anyone with the link. Do not request reports for URLs you consider confidential.

Data Storage

Lead records and reports are stored in Cloudflare R2. We retain reports for as long as they remain useful and refresh them on a 24-hour cache cycle. You can request deletion of your lead record at any time.

Developer Platform

If you use the Developer Platform, we store a hashed version of each API key (never the key itself) and a short log of your recent MCP requests (timestamp, the tool used, status, duration, and which AI client made the call). Reports you generate over MCP are stored the same way as web reports. You can revoke API keys at any time from the Developer Dashboard.

Payments

If you subscribe to Pro, payments are processed by Dodo Payments, our merchant of record. Your card details go directly to Dodo; we never see or store your full card number. We keep only your subscription status, billing interval, renewal date, and the Dodo customer and subscription identifiers needed to manage your plan. Analytics

We use Mixpanel to understand how the product is used (for example which tools and reports get used, and where people drop off) so we can improve it. Mixpanel sets browser storage and records product events tied to a pseudonymous identifier; if you are signed in we associate these with your account id so your experience stays consistent across devices. We do not sell this data or use it for advertising. See our Cookie Policy for what is stored in your browser.

Third Parties

We use Google PageSpeed Insights to measure Core Web Vitals, Ahrefs for Domain Rating (we send only the domain), Dodo Payments to process Pro payments, and Mixpanel for product analytics. We do not share your name or email with third parties for marketing purposes. See our Data Processing page for the full list of subprocessors.

Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by emailing us. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe.
