Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy covers the SEO Pine Pro subscription. The Free plan is free and never charged. Payments are processed by Dodo Payments, our merchant of record; we never see or store your full card details.

Billing

  • Pro is billed in US dollars (USD), monthly or yearly, depending on the plan you choose at checkout.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel.
  • Your access stays active through the end of the period you have paid for.

14-day money-back

If you are not happy with Pro, email hello@seopine.com within 14 days of your first charge, from your account email, and tell us what went wrong. Requesting a refund does not by itself guarantee one: we review each request personally and honor valid refunds within the 14-day window, returning the payment to your original method via Dodo Payments. To stop future charges, cancel from your account (you keep Pro until the current period ends).

Cancelling

  • You can cancel anytime from your account. Cancellation stops the next renewal.
  • When you cancel, you keep Pro until the end of the current period. We do not prorate or refund the remainder of a period outside the 14-day window.
  • After the period ends, your account returns to the Free plan automatically.

Failed renewals

If a renewal payment fails, Dodo Payments retries it for a short period. Your Pro access continues during that window. If payment cannot be collected, the subscription ends and your account returns to Free. You can resubscribe at any time.

Refunds outside the window

Beyond 14 days we generally do not offer refunds for time already elapsed, but we are reasonable. If something went wrong, contact hello@seopine.com and we will help. Refunds, when issued, go back to your original payment method via Dodo Payments and may take a few business days to appear.

Chargebacks

If you have a billing concern, please reach out first. We can almost always resolve it faster than a card dispute. Filing a chargeback may suspend your account while the dispute is reviewed.
